EAST RUSTON PARISH COUNCIL

Welcome to the home page of East Ruston Parish Council

East Ruston is a village in North Norfolk. Situated about 5 miles north of Wroxham and next to the town of Stalham.

The approximately 600 residents have the benefit of a village school and a unique village hall which was donated to the village in 1925 by Sir James Roll, who became the Lord Mayor of London.

Many will have heard of the renowned East Ruston Vicarage Gardens which bring many visitors to the village.

Unfortunately the parish church of St Mary's is now unused and locked. The churchyard is still used for funerals.

The village has Weavers Way walk around it's southern edge and also many acres of the Poors Allotment land which is open to walkers.
